Northern Wisconsin is home to a non-stocked variety of brook trout. That is something that is difficult to find throughout most of Wisconsin these days. |

Steelhead
Beautiful and strong, seemingly tireless fish. Steelhead don't make their way to North Central Wisconsin, so we have to go to them! Many tributaries to Lake Michigan and Lake Superior will harbor these massive rainbow trout in the Spring and the Fall of each year. Timing can be difficult, but the reward is outstanding! Just hook one once, and you will always want to return for a second helping! |  | Brown Trout
A nice, fat Springtime Brown Trout from far Northern Wisconsin. Hook one of these on 2 lb test line and you'll have a serious battle on your hands! A beautiful fish, to be sure. |

Another color variation of the Northern Wisconsin "native" brook trout. This is not a stocked fish from a hatchery. That point in particular, makes this a very special fish.
